Proposed Residential Development for Great Nevis Oaks Limited at Osborne Foreshore, Ikoyi-Lagos Nigeria

This is a large residential Mansion on ground , first and second floors respectively, and feature a total of 7-bedrooms, and an additional 2-bedrooms service quarter smartly incorporated in single building block. On the ground floor of the stratified building are the public spaces comprising of a large main lounge (82sqm), a private lounge (30sqm), dining platform (25sqm) and a large kitchen/store and laundry facility totalling (45sqm). These facilities all revolve around the access staircase of the building, which indeed forms the hub of the design. The Entrance porch is centrally located across the line of bilateral horizontal symmetry of the entire building block. The front facade of the building is proudly and dominantly celebrated with a delicately cantilevered entrance canopy, and also prides structural boldness.

On the first floor of the building are two large bedrooms (master and madam's), with the comfort of elaborately designed toilet suites and adjoining balconies, affording multiple vistas around the building's immediate environment. The two bedroom are accessible from a family lounge which is also the first port of call from the central hub of the staircase.

Additional 4nr. all en-suite bedrooms are located on the third floor, catching exciting vistas above the stratified lower forms and shapes of the same building.

The exterior physiognomy of the building is aggressively bold and structurally daring! It proudly exudes strength, courage, dominance and power even as expressive in the raw use of stone finishes. The building also feature organic ornamentation, priding a design of nature.
