This purpose designed aviators  transit bunk is lurked inside the Ikeja GRA Green lush, and behind an existing facility on Remi Fani-Kayode Street.

The residential building block sits at the rear end  of an existing facility, with its polygonal  entrance lounge , diagonally positioned to receive guests from a constrained drive-way access road.

The building parades 12nos ensuite and facility stratified bedrooms, around a central reception area, which forms the hub of the design. The concierge area opens up into a celebrated stairwell, and form the point of departure to the first and arctic revealing pent floor. A semi hexagonal lounge to on the first floor diffuse traffic into all rooms on the first floor.

The general exterior physiognomy is homely with the array of differential roof levels to blend in the green environment.

This facility is a short stay and transit residence for Aviators (Pilots, engineers and Cabin crew)
