Mixed-Use Development at Banana Island, Ikoyi Lagos

Description:

This 15-storey mixed use development  is designed to sit on a corner piece land of about 2000sqm, and opposite Airtel Communications office headquarters in Banana Island, Ikoyi Lagos.

The public and institutional building also serves the purpose of  multiple residential accommodation  at its rear end. Open plan offices around a decentralised core of stairs and Lifts, are a unique feature of this architectural edifice. It is also a community centre that offers shopping facility on the first floor to its immediate community. Purpose designed eatery, pharmacy  bakery and gym are also facilitated in this design. Defined parking area for all users and comers in this edifice, are nicely packaged on two level basement levels.
