Description:

This 2-storey Pastorium building is essentially a block of 4nos. residential 3-bedroom flats, with emphasis on the senior pastors residence/accommodation. It also accommodates service quarters for the flats and a medium size library on the ground floor.

It is located directly opposite the church auditorium (also designed by Spaceweb) on Olowu street, Ikeja - Lagos. The building is a simple building block, and modular by planning.

The prototype flats feature the additional facility of a medium size study in the senior pastors accommodation.
