The Pallet is an alteration and remodelling exercise of an original plan. This deliberately boxed building sits on a 750sqm of land within the lekki phase one community. Four en-suite bedrooms are paraded in this building on its first floor, and a guest room on the ground floor. The entire footage of the ground floor is designed to create a U-shape loop on its longitudinal axis, where a micro garden under pergola is located.

Boldness, simplicity and repose are the distinguishing characteristic of the building in a secluded close in the community. The interior of the building is actively post modern with the use of glass balustrade and open planed living spaces. Electronic control of component facility is also extensively incorporated in this smart house.

Whatsmore? The use of luxury finish materials on the building, and integrated landscape and greenries  are exciting accolade in this simple, but bold and corky structure.
