Presented here is a block of twin prototype semi detached houses. The building sits on about 550sqm of land behind a main building, and accessed directly via a set-back driveway tapped from the main site.

Each unit is a 4-bedroom detached house with a central sky lit roof over the stair hall. The rooms all open in a family lounge on the first floor, while each unit is also facilitated with a guest room on the ground floor. The main family lounge is sizeable and connect to a raised dining platform, which lead to a medium size kitchen.

The external facade is pretty simply, and incorporates smarty airconditioner compressors. High end finish materials are a distinguishing feature of this modest building.
